Ingredients

1 pack brownie mix

1 Tablespoons Afia Butter melted

100 g sweet cracker crumbes

400 g marshmallows

In a bowl mix the brownie mix with butter and eggs according to your pack instructions.
Pour the batter into a greased oven-safe skillet and spread evenly.
Bake the brownies according to the recipe directions until fully cooked.
While the brownies bake, melt butter in a small skillet over medium heat.
Add cracker crumbs and cook, stirring frequently, until lightly toasted and golden. Turn off the heat and set aside.
Once the brownies are baked, remove from the oven and arrange marshmallows evenly on top.
Set the oven to broil and return the skillet to the oven for 1–2 minutes, just until the marshmallows are toasted and golden brown.
Remove from the oven, sprinkle with the toasted cracker crumbs and serve warm.
