Ingredients

Marinade:
8 piece lamb chops
2 Tablespoons Afia extra virgin Olive Oil
1 Teaspoons Afia oregano
1 Teaspoons Afia thyme
1 Teaspoons Afia paprika
1 Teaspoons Afia garlic powder
1 Teaspoons Afia Black Pepper powder

Yogurt sauce:
1 Cup greek yogurt
0.5 Cup parsley chopped
0.5 Cup cilantro chopped
2 clove garlic minced
2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 Tablespoon Afia Chili Crushed
1 Teaspoon Afia extra virgin Olive Oil
0.5 Teaspoon Afia oregano
1 Teaspoon Afia Sea Salt
1 piece lemon juice

How to prepare

  • In a medium bowl, combine the olive oil, dried oregano, dried thyme, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Add the lamb chops to the bowl and toss to coat.
  • Cover the bowl and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes
  • In a separate medium bowl, combine sauce ingredeints and whisk until creamy and smooth.
  • Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around 200-230°C). If using a grill pan, heat it over medium-high heat until hot.
  • Grill for 3-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or longer for your desired doneness
  • Once cooked, remove the lamb chops from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving. This allows the juices to redistribute, keeping the meat tender.
  • to serve, on a serving plate spread yogurt sauce, top with lamb chops and drizzle of olive oil and chili .
