White Vinegar Salt And Black Pepper
How to prepare
In a large bowl, add the meat with the spices, millet flour, garlic and spices. Knead by hand until combined. Form the meat small balls.
In a frying pan, add the oil over medium heat and fry the meatballs until browned.
In a small bowl, prepare the tahini sauce by adding all the ingredients and whisking them adding water to reach a smooth, creamy consistency.
In a plate, add the tahini sauce and kebab, serve with tomatoes, cucumbers, eggs, chickpeas and dill, sprinkle with sumac and nigella seeds and serve
