Ingredients

1 cup whole wheat flour
100 g Afia Butter
500 g ekhlas date
1 can arabic cream
0.25 cup buttermilk
1 Tablespoons pistachio

How to prepare

  • In a pan over low heat, add whole wheat flour and toast it until its aroma is released and it takes on a golden color.
  • Add Afia butter and let it melt and blend with the flour, stirring continuously for 10 minutes until the mixture is well combined.
  • Add the dates and stir well until they are fully coated with the flour and butter mixture.
  • Add the cream and yogurt, gently mix until the dates are fully incorporated, then serve warm.
  • garnish with pistachios and  serve warm.
