How to prepare
For the batter in a bowl whisk flour, baking powder, brown sugar and spices.
Then add in the egg, pumpkin puree, milk, vanilla and melted butter. Mix until just combined, do not overmix keep lumpy.
in a nonstick pan scoop portions of batter and cook over medium heat until bubbles appear on the top. Then flip and cook for an additional two minutes.
to assemble, top with cream, a drizzle of maple syrup, cinnamon and serve.
