Ingredients

Salmon mix:
350 g salmon (cubes)
2 Tablespoons Afia Sunflower Oil
3 Tablespoons teriyaki sauce
1 Tablespoons brown sugar
0.25 Teaspoons Afia Natural Sea Salt
0.25 Teaspoons Afia Garlic Powder
0.5 Teaspoons Afia Ginger Powder

To assemble:
3 cups short grain rice (cooked)
1 piece small avocado (cubes)
3 Tablespoons spicy mayonnaise
1 Tablespoons furikake
2 Tablespoons green onion (finely chopped)
2 packs small nori sheets

How to prepare

  • In a bowl, toss cubed salmon with teriyaki sauce, Afia Sunflower Oil and a pinch of salt. Set aside to marinate.
  • Press cooked sticky rice into a small baking dish to create a flat, even layer.
  • Arrange the marinated salmon over the rice. Sprinkle evenly with garlic powder and brown sugar.
  • Place the dish on the top oven rack and broil for about 6 minutes, until the salmon is caramelized and slightly browned.
  • Remove from the oven, top with avocado, spicy mayo, furikake and green onion, and Serve warm with nori sheets on the side.
