Ingredients

400 Gram Feta Cheese
4 Tablespoons Heavy Cream
2 Tablespoons Afia Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Chopped Parsley
1 Teaspoons Lemon Zest
1 Gram Garlic Clove, Minced
1 Teaspoons Black Pepper To Taste
400 Gram Cherry Tomato
2 Tablespoons Afia Cooking Olive Oil
1 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
2 Gram Cloves Of Whole Garlic, Peeled
1 Teaspoons Italian Seasoning
1 Teaspoons Salt To Taste

How to prepare

  • Preheat your oven to 220 c.
  • Place the tomatoes in a medium bowl. Add the garlic, olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and Italian herbs. Stir to coat.
  • Transfer the tomatoes to a small baking dish.
  • Roast the tomatoes until they are soft and beginning to burst, about 20 minutes. Let them rest for 5-10 minutes
  • Meanwhile make the cheese mix, using food processor mix feta cheese with heavy cream, olive oil, lemon zest, garlic and black pepper until creamy and well combined.
  • On a plate add cheese mix, top with roasted tomatoes, garnish with parsley and serve with your favorite roasted bread.
