2 Cup Flour, Stiffed

1 Teaspoons Salt
1 Teaspoons Afia Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
300 Gram White Low Salt Cheese
1 Teaspoons Sumac
1 Teaspoons Zaatar
1 Tablespoons Afia Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Teaspoons Zaatar

How to prepare

  • In a bowl mix the dry ingredients. Then, add the yogurt and knead with your hands until a silky dough forms. Put it in a bowl and drizzle with oil and let it Sit aside to rest for 30 minutes. Make the filling by combining everything in a bowl.
  • To start filling, cut the dough to 4 parts and shape into a ball. Roll it out till its thin to get a circle shape, fill with cheese and close from all sides to form a circular flat dough.
  • On a wide nonstick pan, brush oil and start cooking the dough on medium low heat until golden brown on both sides and cooked through.
  • When cooked, brush with olive oil and sprinkle with the zaatar mixture before serving.
