Ingredients

80 g noodle
25 g fresh brown mushroom, sliced
2 Tablespoons carrots, julienne
1 green onion leaf, chopped
½ Teaspoons chili flakes
1 clove of garlic, minced
300 ml chicken stock
1 Tablespoons Afia corn oil

Sauce:
1 Tablespoons light soy sauce
2 Tablespoons oyster sauce
1 Teaspoons sweet soy sauce

How to prepare

  • On a pan heat oil and Sautee mushroom with garlic and chili flakes, cook until brown and wilted, set aside.
  • In a large mason jar add carrots, mushroom, green onion, noodles and the sauce mix. Top with chicken stock until all ingredients are covered.
  • to serve pop in the microwave for 5 minutes until noodles are fully cooked and enjoy.
