Ingredients

beef mix:
400 g minced beef
2 Tablespoons tomato paste
1 piece onion
1 Tablespoons Afia Sunflower Oil
1 Teaspoons Afia Paprika
0.5 Teaspoons Afia Sea Salt
10 pieces cherry tomatoes

yogurt sauce:
1 Cup yogurt whipped
2 cloves garlic minced
1 Tablespoons lemon juice
1 Tablespoons Afia Extra Virgin Olive Oil
0.5 Teaspoons Afia Sea Salt

chili butter:
3 Tablespoons Afia butter
1 Teaspoons Afia Chili Crushed

assembly:
1 Tablespoons Afia Pine Nuts fried
250 g penne pasta boiled
1 Tablespoons parsley chopped

How to prepare

  • in a skillet over medium heat add oil and Sauté onion until soft. Add minced beef, season and cook until browned.
  • Stir in tomato paste and cook for 2 minutes. Add halved cherry tomatoes and cook for 3-4 minutes. Set aside.
  • In a bowl Mix yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt until smooth.
  • In a pan Melt butter, add chili flakes, and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • On a serving plate, add cooked pasta top with yogurt sauce, beef mixture, pine nuts, and fresh parsley.
  • Drizzle with spicy butter and serve!
