How to prepare
Preheat the oven to 218°C with the rack in the cente
to make veggie mix, in a bowl combine veggies, Afia Extra Virgin Olive Oil, dried basil, salt and black pepper and mix and sit aside.
to assmble Lay tortillas on a baking sheet.
Spread about 1 tbsp pizza sauce on each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
Sprinkle with a bit of Parmesan, mozzarella then top with another tortilla and press it,
followed by pizza sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni and veggie mix.
bake for about 15 minutes, or until the crust is crispy and the cheese is melted. Let the pizzas cool for a few minutes, garnish with feta cheese and serve.
