3 Teaspoons Pepper Threshing
1 Tablespoons Tomato
1 Cup Afia Olive Oil
1 Tablespoons Breadcrumbs
1 Cup Egg Yolk
1 Tablespoons Bay Leaves “Rand Leaf”
1 Teaspoons Salt, Pepper, Paprika, Cumin.
1 Tablespoons Minced Parsley

How to prepare

  • Cut the sardines
  • In a small bowl, combine salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, chopped parsley and egg yolk.
  • Make small balls from this mixture and put them in the red sauce
