Ingredients

1 Cup Ground Millet
1 Cup Flour
1 Tablespoons Cocoa
3 Cup Sugar
1 Teaspoons Baking Soda
1 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1 Cup Afia Plus Oil
1 Cup Yogurt
1 Cup Milk
1 Teaspoons Afia Cinnamon Powder
1 Teaspoons Afia Cardamom Powder

How to prepare

  • Preheat oven to 190°C, grease a cake pan with oil.
  • In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together.
  • In a separate bowl Mix yogurt with oil, milk and sugar, beat the mixture well with a whisk until the sugar dissolves.
  • Add the dry ingredients to the yogurt mixture, stir well then pour the batter into the pan evenly.
  • Garnish with walnuts and chocolate chips then put the cake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until cooked, leave it to cool, add caramel sauce and serve.
