Ingredients

1 Kg Minced Camel Meat
1 Kg Minced Beef
3 Cloves Garlic, Minced
1 Teaspoons Afia Cumin Power
1 Teaspoons Afia Coriander Powder
1 Cup Millet Afia Sunflower Oil, For Frying
3 Tablespoons Tahini
3 Tablespoons Yogurt
Water
1 Teaspoons Afia Cumin Powder
2 Tablespoons Onion, Chopped
1 Tablespoons White Vinegar Salt And Black Pepper

How to prepare

  • In a large bowl, add the meat with the spices, millet flour, garlic and spices. Knead by hand until combined. Form the meat small balls.
  • In a frying pan, add the oil over medium heat and fry the meatballs until browned.
  • In a small bowl, prepare the tahini sauce by adding all the ingredients and whisking them adding water to reach a smooth, creamy consistency.
  • In a plate, add the tahini sauce and kebab, serve with tomatoes, cucumbers, eggs, chickpeas and dill, sprinkle with sumac and nigella seeds and serve
