Ingredients

500 Gram Lamb Meat, Minced
1 Small Red Onion, Chopped
1 Bunch Parsley, Chopped
1 Teaspoons Salt
1 Teaspoons Black Pepper
1 Teaspoons Afia Seven Spices
1 Puff Pastry Block, Rolled
3 Tablespoons Afia Plus Oil
2 Cup Yogurt
2 Tablespoons Tahini
1 Garlic Clove, Minced
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
1 Tablespoons Salt Afia Pinenuts, Roasted Parsley, Chopped

How to prepare

  • For the meat, mix all ingredients together until well combined and sit in the fridge.
  • Meanwhile roll the puff pastry to a thin rectangular shape, layer a thin meat layer on the dough and start rolling it very tightly. Close it well and cut into small rolls and layer them on a baking sheet.
  • Brush the rolls with corn oil plus and bake in a preheated oven at 180c until golden brown and meat is cooked.
  • Meanwhile, for the yogurt sauce mix all ingredients and whisk until creamy and no lumps.
  • When the rolls baked, layer them on the yogurt and garnish with roasted pine nuts and parsley and serve.
