How to prepare
For the meat, mix all ingredients together until well combined and sit in the fridge.
Meanwhile roll the puff pastry to a thin rectangular shape, layer a thin meat layer on the dough and start rolling it very tightly. Close it well and cut into small rolls and layer them on a baking sheet.
Brush the rolls with corn oil plus and bake in a preheated oven at 180c until golden brown and meat is cooked.
Meanwhile, for the yogurt sauce mix all ingredients and whisk until creamy and no lumps.
When the rolls baked, layer them on the yogurt and garnish with roasted pine nuts and parsley and serve.
