Ingredients

1 Tablespoons Afia Sunflower Oil
2 Pound Onions, Finely Sliced
10 Ounce Hot Dog Sausages
100 Mili Gram Mustard Bell Peppers
150 Gram Plain Flour
250 Gram Butter
2 Pound Eggs
5 Cup Milk

How to prepare

  • Heat the Afia Sunflower Oil in a pan and cook the onions for 10 minutes until its soft.
  • Add sausages & chopped bell pepper to the pan.
  • for the crepes batter, melt the butter, then whisk the eggs with the milk and melted butter.
  • Heat the pan and when it is hot, pour in enough pancake mix to just cover the base of the pan.
  • Cook for 1 minute on one side, then flip or turn it over and cook for another minute 5.
  • Cook for 1 minute on one side, then flip or turn it over and cook for another minute
  • Repeat until all the pancakes are made.
  • To serve, cook the sausages and heat up the cooked onions.
  • Spread a thin layer of French’s Classic Yellow Mustard on the crêpe, top with the sausage, onions and roll it.
