For garnish: 2 Tablespoons Afia Pistachios Powder 2 Teaspoons Afia Sumac 2 pieces Lemon (wedges) 1 Tablespoons green onion (chopped)
How to prepare
In a bowl, whisk Afia Extra Virgin Olive Oil, honey, garlic, lemon juice, sumac, salt, and pepper. Add chicken cubes and mix to coat. Marinate for 30 mins to 4 hrs.
Thread chicken onto skewers (soak wooden skewers in water first).
Cook on a grill pan over medium high heat for 10–12 mins, turning occasionally.
when ready Sprinkle with crushed pistachios and a pinch of sumac.
Serve on a flat bread with chili sauce, lemon wedges and green onion.
