Ingredients

Eggs:
2 eggs, whisked
1 Tablespoons Afia extra virgin Olive oil
¼ Teaspoons Salt
½ Teaspoons paprika

Sauce:
2 Tablespoons mayonnaise
1 Teaspoons mustard
¼ Teaspoons salt
½ Teaspoons lemon
1 Teaspoons sriracha
½ Teaspoons Afia Cajun

To assemble:
1 large tortilla bread
2 cheddar cheese, sliced
2 Frozen hash brown, fried or air fried
¼ cup fresh baby spinach
2 Sundried tomato, chopped
1 Tablespoons Afia Corn oil

How to prepare

  • To make scrambled eggs, On a nonstick pan, heat olive oil. Add the whisked eggs on medium low heat while stirring every 20 seconds, add spices to your taste and set aside.
  • On a tortilla bread spread some sauce to your preference then add cheese slices, cooked hash brown, sun dried tomatoes, spinach and eggs. Roll it very tightly from all sides with bottom and top.
  • On a hot pan add corn oil and heat the wrap on all sides until tortilla is golden and cooked. Cut in half and serve.åå
