Flat Kufta bread:

2 Piece Shami Bread

250 grams Ground Beef

1 Teaspoons Afia Baharat

0.5 Teaspoons Afia Salt

1 Tablespoons Pomogranate Molasses

100 grams Mozarella Cheese Shredded

1 Tablespoons Afia Sunflower Oil

Flat Burger Bread:

2 Piece Shami Bread

250 grams Ground Beef

1 Teaspoons Afia Salt

0.5 Teaspoons Afia Black Pepper

1 Tablespoons Burger Sauce

100 grams Chedder Cheese Sliced

1 Tablespoons Pickles  chopped

1 Tablespoons Afia Sunflower Oil

Halloumi Cheese Bread:

2 Piece Shami Bread

50 grams Halloumi Thinly Sliced

0.25 Teaspoons Afia Paprika

0.25 Teaspoons Afia Cumin powder

0.25  Teaspoons Afia Salt

0.25  Teaspoons Dried Mint Ground

0.25 Piece Tomato Sliced

1 Tablespoons Afia Sunflower Oil

How to prepare

Flat Kufta Bread

  • In a bowl, mix ground beef, Afia baharat, salt, pomegranate molasses, and shredded mozzarella cheese using your hand until well combined.
  • Carefully open each Shami bread (without cutting it fully) and stuff the meat mixture inside. Spread the meat evenly to the edges.
  • Brush both sides of the bread with Afia sunflower oil.
  • Place the stuffed bread on a hot pan or griddle. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, pressing gently with a weight or spatula to flatten.
  • Transfer to a wire rack, cut in half, and serve immediately.

Flat Burger Bread

  • In a bowl, mix ground beef, Afia salt, and black pepper using your hand until well combined.
  • Gently open the Shami bread, then spread the meat mixture inside evenly all the way to the edges.
  • Add a layer of burger sauce, cheddar cheese slices, and round pickles on top of the meat.
  • Close the bread and press it gently to flatten.
  • Brush both sides of the bread with Afia sunflower oil.
  • Place the stuffed bread on a hot pan and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, pressing down using a weight or spatula.
  • Transfer to a wire rack, cut in half, and serve hot.

Flat Cheese Bread

  • Gently open the Shami bread and arrange the thinly sliced halloumi cheese inside, spreading evenly.
  • Sprinkle Afia smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and dried mint evenly over the cheese and tomato.
  • Close the bread and press gently to flatten.
  • Brush both sides of the bread with Afia sunflower oil.
  • Place the stuffed bread on a hot pan and cook for about 2–3 minutes on each side, pressing down using a weight or spatula.
  • Transfer to a wire rack, cut in half, and serve hot.
