Ingredients

6 pieces Phyllo pastry sheets
200 g feta cheese (small block or thick slices)
200 ml Afia Corn Oil Plus
4 Tablespoons honey
2 Teaspoons Afia Chili Crushed
1 Teaspoons Afia Oregano

How to prepare

  • Lay one sheet of phyllo pastry on a clean surface and brush lightly with Afia Corn Oil Plus. Repeat the process, layering until you have 6 sheets stacked.
  • Place blocks of feta cheese along the edge of the phyllo stack near the bottom. Sprinkle the cheese with chili flakes, oregano, and a drizzle of honey.
  • Roll the phyllo tightly over the feta to form a log. Slice the log into pieces about 3 inches wide.
  • Place each roll into a greased small muffin tin with Afia Corn Oil Plus. Bake at 190° for 20–25 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
  • Once baked, drizzle with more honey and sprinkle with chili flakes. Serve warm
