Ingredients

1 red bell pepper
2 Tablespoons Afia Sunflower Oil
220 g cream cheese  softened
3 cloves garlic minced
5 leaves fresh basil
1 Tablespoons Afia Aljouf Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Teaspoons Afia Paprika
0.5 Teaspoons Afia Natural Sea Salt
0.25 Teaspoons Afia black Pepper Powder
0.25 Teaspoons Afia Chili Crushed

How to prepare

  • In a baking pan, Brush the red bell pepper with Afia Sunflower Oil and roast in a preheated oven at 220°C For 20–25 min until wilted.
  • peel bell pepper and set aside.
  • In a pan sauté garlic in Afia Olive Oil until fragrant.
  • In a blender, combine roasted pepper, cream cheese, basil, sautéed garlic, paprika, salt, black pepper, and crushed chili. Blend until smooth.
  • Drizzle Afia Olive Oil, and serve with bread or crackers.
