Ingredients

1 Ounce Chicken Breasts, Cut Into Cubes
2 Tablespoons Afia Chili Olive Oil
1 Ounce Chopped Onion
1 Ounce Minced Garlic Clove
1 Tablespoons Afia’s Cumin Powder
1 Tablespoons Ground Coriander
1 Teaspoons Afia’s Red Chili Powder
2 Tablespoons Tomato Sauce
1 Ounce Salt And Black Pepper
1 Ounce Cooked Pasta

How to prepare

  • Heat the Afia Chili Olive Oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Add the onion and garlic and cook until soft.
  • Add the chicken and cook until it’s brown.
  • Add the cumin, coriander, and red chili, and mix well.
  • Add the tomato sauce and let the mixture simmer over low heat for 5-10 minutes.
  • Season with salt and black pepper to your liking. Serve the chicken with cooked pasta
