Sauce: 1 cup sour cream 2 Tablespoons parsley, chopped 1 Tablespoons dill, chopped 1 Teaspoons onion powder 1 Teaspoons garlic powder 1 Teaspoons paprika 2 Tablespoons buffalo sauce 1 Tablespoons ranch 1 Tablespoons blue cheese 1 Tablespoons lemon juice ½ Teaspoons pepper ¼ Teaspoons salt
How to prepare
start by preparing the sauce, mix sour cream, buffalo sauce, ranch and blue cheese until well combined and creamy. Add other ingredients, mix and sit aside.
For the onion rings, heat oil in wide frying pan. Meanwhile in a wide bowl mix flour, spices and beer and whisk until you reach a creamy thick texture, in a separate wide bowl add panko.
Dip each piece of onion ring in the beer flour mix then in the panko and shallow fry until golden and crispy.
For chicken, heat a grill pan on low medium heat.
Pat dry chicken breast then pound between 2 plastic wrap sheets until medium thin thickness. Season with salt, pepper and drizzle olive oil.
Cook chicken on low for 4 minutes on each side, when flipping on the other side add cheese and continue cooking until the temperature of the chicken is 165c, and sit aside.
For assembly, on a burger bun spread sauce, top with tomato, pickles then chicken breast and finally onion rings and serve.
