4 Medium Gold Potatoes. Peeled And Cut Into Medium Cubes
500 Mili Litre Afia Pure Corn Oil For Frying
2 Tablespoons Afia Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Teaspoons Salt
4 Garlic Cloves, Minced
2 Teaspoons Afia Paprika
1 Cup Cilantro, Chopped And Divided
2 Tablespoons Red And Green Chili, Sliced
How to prepare
In a frying pan heat corn oil and fry potatoes until golden and crispy.
Transfer to a paper towel and sit aside, meanwhile in a skillet heat olive oil on medium low heat, cook garlic and chili for 30 seconds then add half of the cilantro and cook until wilted.
Add the potato, salt and paprika, stir until all ingredients are combined, add the rest of the cilantro and serve.
