In a large bowl, mix meat with onion, parsley and spices. Mix with your hands until all spices and ingredients are well combined.
Start shaping the kofta into oval shape and sauté in a wide skillet over medium high heat until all sides are browned, then transfer to oven safe dish with the juices the meat.
For tahini sauce, in a bowl whisk all ingredients until creamy and well combined.
Arrange the fried potatoes with the kofta. Pour the tahini sauce on top.
Bake at 200c for about 15-20 minutes or until the sauce is bubbly and slightly reduced.
Remove the kofta and garnish with parsley and pinenuts.
