Ingredients

500 Gram Lamb Minced Meat
1 A Bunch Of Parsley, Chopped
1 Red Onion, Finely Chopped
1 Teaspoons Salt
1 Teaspoons Black Pepper
1 Teaspoons Seven Spices
1 Cup Tahini
2 Cup Water
1 Teaspoons Salt
1 Teaspoons Afia Black Pepper Powder
1 Cup Lemon Juice
2 Large Fried Potato Slices
2 Tablespoons Afia Roasted Pinenuts
2 Tablespoons Parsley, Chopped
3 Tablespoons Afia Sunflower Oil

How to prepare

  • In a large bowl, mix meat with onion, parsley and spices. Mix with your hands until all spices and ingredients are well combined.
  • Start shaping the kofta into oval shape and sauté in a wide skillet over medium high heat until all sides are browned, then transfer to oven safe dish with the juices the meat.
  • For tahini sauce, in a bowl whisk all ingredients until creamy and well combined.
  • Arrange the fried potatoes with the kofta. Pour the tahini sauce on top.
  • Bake at 200c for about 15-20 minutes or until the sauce is bubbly and slightly reduced.
  • Remove the kofta and garnish with parsley and pinenuts.
