100 Gram Small Potatoes
2 Tablespoons Afia Virgin Olive Oil
1 Teaspoons Salt And Black Pepper
3 Cup Assorted Green Leaves
50 Gram Boiled Asparagus
50 Gram Snowpeas
1 Teaspoons Sliced Radish
1 Tablespoons Afia Peanuts

How to prepare

  • In a bowl, mix the marinade ingredients: olive oil, green lemon juice, mustard, salad spices, garlic, salt and black pepper.
  • In a large bowl, place the potatoes, add olive oil, salt and black pepper, stir well until potatoes are coated with oil, then transfer them to the baking tray and roast in a preheated oven at 220°C for 10 minutes until the potatoes are cooked and browned.
  • take the potatoes out of the oven and leave them to cool a little.
  • In the serving bowl, add green leaves, boiled asparagus, boiled snowpeas, radish slices, and grilled potatoes.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad, stir well, then garnish with peanut and serve.
