How to prepare
For the butter in a bowl, combine the soft butter with the rest of ingredients and Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed, and Set aside.
For the corn, Preheat oven to 200 °C.
Arrange corn on a baking tray and drizzle with Afia Sunflower Oil, salt and black pepper. roast for 20–25 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and slightly charred.
While corn ribs are hot, toss them with the prepared compound butter so it melts and coats the corn then serve.
