How to prepare
Preheat oven to 175°C and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
In a large bowl, whisk together mashed banana, maple syrup, Afia Corn Oil , egg, and vanilla until smooth.
Add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir just until combined. Fold in oats, raisins, and walnuts. The dough will be slightly wet.
using ice cream scoop, Scoop 1.5 tbsp portions and place on baking sheets, leaving space between each.
Bake for 10–12 minutes until the edges are lightly browned. Cool on the sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack, drizzle with chocolate and serve.
