Ingredients

10 pieces flour tortilla (small)
0.5 Cup pizza sauce
3 Tablespoons Parmesan cheese (grated)
0.5 Cup mozzarella (grated)
20 slices pepperoni (slices)
1 piece green bell pepper (thin slices)
0.5 cup cherry tomato (halves)
1 piece small red onion (thin slices)
0.25 cup black olive (slices)
2 Tablespoons Afia Extra Virgin Olive Oil
0.5 Teaspoons Afia Natural Sea Salt
0.25 Teaspoons Afia Black Pepper Powder
1 Teaspoons Afia Basil

How to prepare

  • Preheat the oven to 218°C with the rack in the cente
  • to make veggie mix, in a bowl combine veggies, Afia Extra Virgin Olive Oil, dried basil, salt and black pepper and mix and sit aside.
  • to assmble Lay tortillas on a baking sheet.
  • Spread about 1 tbsp pizza sauce on each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
  • Sprinkle with a bit of Parmesan,  mozzarella then top with another tortilla and press it,
  • followed by pizza sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni and veggie mix.
  • bake for about 15 minutes, or until the crust is crispy and the cheese is melted. Let the pizzas cool for a few minutes, garnish with feta cheese and serve.
