Ingredients

1 Tablespoons Afia Butter
1 packs ladyfingers
2 cup milk
2 cans qeshta
3 Tablespoons sugar
2 Tablespoons Afia Pistachio Powder

How to prepare

  • In a pot over a medium heat, melt Afia Butter.
  • Add milk and sugar and 3 tbsp of queshta.
  • let it simmer gently for 5 minutes, allowing the mixture to thicken abit.
  • In an oven safe dish, abreak the ladyfingers into small chunks and pour the milk mixture over it.
  • Spread qeshta evenly over the top. And place in a pre heated oven and broil until the top is golden.
  • Sprinkle with Afia Pistachio Powder and serve warm.
