Ingredients

200 g cream cheese room temperature
2 cups mozzarella cheese grated and divided
0.5 cup cheddar cheese grated
1 Teaspoons Afia Natural Sea Salt
1 Teaspoons Afia Oregano
0.5 Teaspoons Afia black Pepper Powder
1 clove garlic minced
2 Tablespoons Afia Aljouf Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 cup tomato juice
0.25 cup Parmesan cheese  grated
0.25 cup pepperoni slices
200 g toasted bread  slices

How to prepare

  • Preheat oven to 175°C.
  • In a bowl, combine cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese , parmesan cheese, and oregano until mixture is smooth.
  • Spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish.
  • To make pizza sauce, in a bowl combine tomato juice, Afia Aljouf Extra Virgin Olive Oil, garlic, 1/2 tsp oregano, 1/2 tsp basil, black Pepper and salt
  • Top the cheese with pizza sauce, then layer with the remaining mozzarella cheeses and pepperoni slices.
  • Bake for 25 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown.
  • Let cool slightly, then serve warm with toasted bread slices.
