To make cinnamon butter, in a small bowl with a fork mix soft butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. Set aside
Make cream cheese icing by whisking cream cheese, icing sugar and butter until creamy and smooth and set in fridge.
Make French toast milk batter, in a medium bowl whisk eggs, milk and vanilla.
To prepare the bread rolls, on a board cut the sides of the toast and roll it until thin, spread butter mix on the whole bread, sprinkle with chopped cashew and roll it.
Add the rolled bread to the milk batter and soak for a couple seconds almost 30 seconds while moving it around.
On a non-stick pan heat very thin layer of oil and cook the French toast rolls until browned on all sides. Once cooked dip it in the sugar cinnamon mix to coat all sides.
